Allergy season is here full throttle. Store aisles are stocked full of allergy med’s right now (Claritan, Zertec, Allegra, Nasonex, etc, etc). Let’s look into it a little and maybe change our thinking on dosing the symptoms and hit the real issues – A crappy diet and poor sleep habits.
