Here, Scott takes us through a simple refresher of the basic dynamic stretching portion of the warm-up. Refer to Zink’s video of his Warm-Up for more. Basically break it into four parts: 1. Elevate your heart rate & raise your temp 2. Prepare the muscle fibers 3. Stretch Dynamically 4. Specific movement prep. Easy enough, now make sure you include it.
